Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos as proof so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Inspection and Approval
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
